1. No refunds once a period has started
A Homework plan is digital access for the classes you choose. It is added to your school the moment your payment succeeds. For that reason a payment is not refundable once its period has started, in full or in part, including any unused part of a month or year. Please read the pricing before paying.
2. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Each payment covers one month or one year and does not renew automatically. When it ends, those classes stop, and you are never charged again unless you choose to pay.
3. When you do get your money back
- Failed payment. If money left your account but the payment failed, it is returned to the same account automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- Charged twice. If the same classes and period were paid for more than once by mistake, we refund every extra payment in full.
- Paid but not added. If your payment succeeded and the classes did not appear in your school workspace within 24 hours, write to us. We either add them or refund you in full.
- Renewal not yet started. A renewal paid in advance can be refunded in full if you write to us before its period starts.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
